What are Rod coils?
Rod coil is a type of product that is relatively common and can be found in various industries and other fields. Naturally, the most common applications for rod coils are in manufacturing, energy, and construction.

Manufacturing of Rod Coils using stringent quality standards
Rod Coil is a hot-rolled wire that ranges from 5.5 to 42 mm in diameter. Rods are made of high-quality carbon steel, aluminum, and copper. Rod coil cross-sections can be hexagonal, round, semicircular, or square. The primary factor that determines the technical parameters is the material used. Hot metal is drawn through shafts to make a wire rod. The shafts shape and compress the metal from various angles, transforming a piece of metal into a long, thin wire. This wire is wrapped on a unique winder at the rolling mill’s end, and the rod is rolled into skeins for additional cooling.
